We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and all other major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Continue'. You will then be redirected to www.augustinusbader.com to complete the transaction.
The order total will only be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the products and prepared the order for shipping.
You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes any shipping costs.
You will receive a payment receipt for orders placed on our website and an automated email confirmation.
The order will be confirmed only when we send a confirmation email to the email address indicated on the order form. The email will contain a confirmation and summary of the order, such as: product description and information as well as the total price of the order, including taxes if applicable.
We accept United States Dollar (USD), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), Chinese Yuan (CHY) and South Korean Won (KRW).
If your payment has been declined, please contact your bank to check the reasons.
If you have another means of payment, you can restart the order process.
You will be charged for your purchase directly after we have verified your payment details.
Our invoices will show the applicable VAT for shipment inside the EU.
Outside the EU, no VAT will be shown on the invoices.
Some local taxes might apply to you. Please check locally, as we will not be responsible for paying those local taxes and/or duties.
All transactions on this website are processed using Shopify’s secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We do not have direct access to your details.

Our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number from UPS and a link to track the package.
Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.
Shipping is included within the retail price of your order.
ASC REGENITY Limited will cover the standard shipping costs for the standard service provided by UPS for shipments within the EU.
For the US, the “Express Saver” service provided by UPS will be covered.
In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply.
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.
If an item is undelivered because you were not available at the first attempt of delivery, UPS will try again up to two times. If in spite of these multiple attempts, the item is still not delivered, UPS might contact you to see if there is an alternative possibility (drop parcel at neighbour, UPS access point, etc.) In any case, our will be able to help you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Augustinus Bader®. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
All items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.
You can order goods from Augustinus Bader as a guest, but for an enhanced level of service, it's best to create an account. This means you can:
a) Checkout faster in the future as you’re able to save your frequent billing and shipping addresses.
b) Have access to your order history, track order status and easily request returns.
