US Delivery Options & Charges

We offer Free Standard Delivery when you spend over $75


We offer Free Express Delivery when you spend over $250


We offer free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders. Your subscription will always be delivered free of charge.


Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in New Jersey.


We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will normally be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, Augustinus Bader offers a choice of three shipping service levels, which are dependent upon basket value and will be calculated and visible during checkout:


STANDARD SHIPPING:


  • Orders over $75 will qualify for FREE STANDARD delivery. Orders below $75 will incur a delivery fee of $7.95


EXPRESS SHIPPING:


  • Orders over $250 will qualify for FREE EXPRESS delivery.


  • Orders between $150 and $250 will incur a delivery fee of $9.95 for EXPRESS delivery


  • Orders below $150 will incur a delivery fee of $14.95 for EXPRESS delivery


Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., with a signature required.


At present, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

Please note we only deliver to the US from our United States web store.


Sales Taxes, Products and Shipping:


We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - CA, NY (starting 5/26/20), CT, IL, VA (starting 7/3/20), NJ (starting 7/26/20), KS (starting 11/11/20), GA, NC (starting 4/9/21), MD, MA, MN, OH and PA (5/5/21), CO and WA (starting 5/28/21), HI, IN, KY, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT (starting 10/1/21). Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. Canada Delivery Options & Charges

We offer Free Standard Delivery when you spend over CAD $275


We offer free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders. Your subscription will always be delivered free of charge.


All orders are being serviced via our Distribution Centre in the UK.


We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday. 


Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference. 


All orders are shipped via DHL Express. 


Please note that customs, duties and local taxes may apply to the order. Any customs, duties and local taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note that the prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes and fees levied in the recipient country.

UK Delivery Options & Charges

We offer Free UK Standard Delivery when you spend over £60


We offer free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders. Your subscription will always be delivered free of charge.


All orders are being serviced via our Distribution Centre in the UK.


We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday. The cut-off for next day delivery is 12:00 p.m.


In peak periods, next-day delivery may not be possible.


Please allow for additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.


All orders are shipped via DPD.


DELIVERY FEES:


  • Orders over £60 will receive FREE standard delivery.


  • Orders below £60 will incur a delivery fee of £5.95.


EU Delivery Options & Charges

When shipping to Australia, please note that items valued at AUD1000 or less typically incur no additional duties, taxes, or charges at customs. To help you avoid unexpected fees, we recommend splitting your order if it exceeds this value.If your order exceeds the AUD1000 value threshold, it may be subject to duties, taxes, or charges at customs. These fees are typically determined by the customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to Brazil, Brunei, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, North Sudan, Russia, Syria, India and Thailand. Please note our courier cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding Addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.


If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, FedEx driver will leave a calling card; FedEx will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions;Following the 3rd and final attempt, FedEx may deliver to your local “FedEx Access” point if nearby, or the parcel will return to shipper. In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly.


If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Augustinus Bader. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.


Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
