SINGAPORE & HONG KONG:
- Orders over $400 will qualify for FREE standard delivery.
- Orders between $250 - $399.99 will incur a delivery fee of $14.95.
- Orders below $250 will incur a delivery fee of $29.95.
JAPAN:
- Orders over $425 will qualify for FREE standard delivery.
- Orders between $250 - $424.99 will incur a delivery fee of $19.95.
- Orders below $250 will incur a delivery fee of $29.95.
UAE:
- Orders of $250 and over will receive FREE standard delivery.
- Orders below $250 will incur a delivery fee of $24.95.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
- Orders over $500 will qualify for FREE standard delivery.
- Orders between $350 - $499.99 will incur a delivery fee of $19.95.
- Orders below $350 will incur a delivery fee of $29.95.
We do not ship to Brazil, Brunei, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, North Sudan, Russia, Syria, India and Thailand. Please note our courier cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding Addresses.
Please note that prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes and fees levied in the recipient country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer Free UK Standard Delivery when you spend over £75
We offer free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders. Your subscription will always be delivered free of charge.
All orders are being serviced via our Distribution Centre in the UK.

In peak periods, next-day delivery may not be possible.

For all other EU countries:

Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in New Jersey.
We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will normally be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, Augustinus Bader offers a choice of three shipping service levels, which are dependent upon basket value and will be calculated and visible during checkout:
STANDARD SHIPPING:
- Orders over $75 will qualify for FREE STANDARD delivery. Orders below $75 will incur a delivery fee of $8.95.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
- Orders over $450 will qualify for FREE EXPRESS delivery.
- Orders between $200 and $449.99 will incur a delivery fee of $9.95 for EXPRESS delivery.
- Orders below $200 will incur a delivery fee of $14.95 for EXPRESS delivery.
Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., with a signature required.
At present, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.
Please note we only deliver to the US from our United States web store.
Sales Taxes, Products and Shipping:
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - CA, NY (starting 5/26/20), CT, IL, VA (starting 7/3/20), NJ (starting 7/26/20), KS (starting 11/11/20), GA, NC (starting 4/9/21), MD, MA, MN, OH and PA (5/5/21), CO and WA (starting 5/28/21), HI, IN, KY, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT (starting 10/1/21). Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. When shipping to Australia, please note that items valued at AUD1000 or less typically incur no additional duties, taxes, or charges at customs. To help you avoid unexpected fees, we recommend splitting your order if it exceeds this value.If your order exceeds the AUD1000 value threshold, it may be subject to duties, taxes, or charges at customs. These fees are typically determined by the customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
DELIVERY FEES:

- Orders between AUD $180 - AUD $349.99 will incur a delivery fee of AUD $19.95.

All orders sent outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.
If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, UPS driver will leave a calling card; UPS will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions; Following the 3rd and final attempt, UPS may deliver to your local “UPS Access” point if nearby, or the parcel will return to shipper.
In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly. If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.
We ship worldwide to all locations, excluding:

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Augustinus Bader. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
