Delivery and Returns

Please note our last order dates for the holiday period is as follows:

Deliveries to UK & Europe

Standard delivery -- 5pm local Friday, December 17th

Deliveries to the US/ROW

Standard delivery -- 5pm local time Thursday, December 16th

Our DC will be closed 25th/27th & 28th December 2021 and 1st/3rd/4th January 2022 therefore dispatches will be made on the weekdays in between but please expect minor delays particulary in US and ROW due to Covid.

Australia: Please note that due to country-wide service delays due to lockdown restrictions, issues within delivery networks and reduced staffing levels - there may be an increased delay to orders being delivered.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping.

We aim to dispatched orders placed before 12.00 pm (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday. Cut off for next day delivery (UK) is 2pm in standard times and 2pm (NL), in peak periods next day delivery may not be possible. However, please allow for additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can takes up to 2-3 business day(s) to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.

UK & EUROPE: 1-2 business days, free
CANADA, AUSTRALIA & ROW: 2-5 business days, free

Please note that prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes and fees levied in the recipient country.

Taxes and Duties

All orders sent outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.

UK & Brexit

All orders are shipped to our UK Customer on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. There won't be any additional charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, UPS driver will leave a calling card; UPS will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions; Following the 3rd and final attempt, UPS may deliver to your local “UPS Access” point if nearby, or the parcel will return to shipper.

In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly. If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.


We ship worldwide to all locations, excluding:
Brasil, Brunei, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, North Sudan, Russia, Syria, India and Thailand. Please note our courier cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding Addresses.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Augustinus Bader. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
