How does Auto-replenishment work?

There are two ways -- you can either shop below by selecting your chosen product and size and clicking the ‘Next' button. Here you'll be able to choose how often you'd like the product delivered before you add the item to your cart.

Or you can locate your desired product on the website. If it's available to order through our auto-replenishment service, you will be given the choice to opt in for convenient, hassle-free delivery on a regular basis, customized to your desired schedule.

Once you've placed the order, your product will be shipped to you automatically according to your preferences. We'll even send you an email before it's due to be dispatched so you can let us know if you need to pause your order or change your delivery address.

Not only is this the most convenient way to shop, it's also the most rewarding -- you'll earn loyalty points on every order and, as a special perk receive 20% off every order..

Can I earn and redeem Loyalty Points on my Auto-replenishment order?

Yes. You'll automatically accrue Loyalty Points on every Replenish order that's processed.

If you wish to redeem your Loyalty Points on Replenish orders, you can do so by visiting the ‘Manage Orders & Replenishments' area, which can be navigated to through The Club Lounge.

What if I'd like to switch between products?

You can switch between the same size of The Cream and The Rich Cream without having to cancel your order. You can do so by visiting the ‘Manage Orders & Replenishments' area, which can be navigated to through The Club Lounge.

To switch from one product to another you can simply pause or cancel your current order through your account and start a new order with the alternative product of your choosing.

You also can have multiple auto-replenish orders live at one time.

I'm a black/gold tier customer - do I receive additional discount?

Yes, we're pleased to offer additional discount to our black and gold tier customers.

Note that the tier discount is calculated on the final basket price and the 5/8% discount is then applied on the final price.

How much does it cost?
