Frequently Asked Questions
Orders will automatically merge if they fall within 5 days of each other, as long as the billing and shipping details are the same.
You can also manually merge your orders by adjusting their dates so they coincide. Find out how.
Please note that orders do not need to merge every time. For instance, if you have one product on an 8-week schedule and another on a 4-week schedule, they might only combine every other order.
On your dashboard, orders are grouped together and reflect a single delivery package when merged.
The “pause” function is no longer available; however, you can skip an Auto-Replenishment order after completing a minimum of 3 cycles. Skipping an order effectively serves as a pause, postponing it by the same interval as your regular replenishment schedule. For example, if you are on a 4-week schedule, skipping an order will push it back another 4 weeks from its original due date.

Yes, you can switch between products within the same category without canceling your order. Here are the interchangeable products for each category:
Serums: The Serum Nomad (30ml or 50ml) or Complete Set (30ml), The Retinol Serum 30ml or 50ml
Shampoo: The Rich Shampoo, The Shampoo
Conditioner: The Rich Conditioner, The Conditioner
Moisturizers (50/100ml):The Rich Cream & The Cream (50 or 100ml), The Ultimate Soothing Cream (Refill/Complete Set)
Moisturizers (30ml): The Rich Cream 30ml, The Cream 30ml, The Light Cream
The Eye Cream: The Eye Cream (Nomad Refill /Complete Set)

Yes, you can add a product as a one-time addition to your upcoming auto-replenishment order. Simply log in and visit the product page for your desired item, then look for the option to add it to your next auto-replenishment order. You can add as many one-off items as you would like. Find out how.
If you change your mind, you can easily remove these items within your auto-replenishment dashboard. This eco-friendly feature also helps you save on delivery costs.
Deluxe sample/s will be automatically added to your Auto-Replenishment orders. Please note that you cannot choose the samples, these will be added based on stock availability at the time of your order.

Our improved product switch options allow you to easily swap any subscribed product for another within the same category, for instance, switching from The Cream to The Light Cream. This flexibility helps you tailor your subscriptions to your skin's seasonal needs, ensuring you always have the right products at the right time.
