Do I have to pay to become a member of The Club?

No. Membership is free, and you can start earning rewards right away. You’ll even earn points when you create an account.

How do I earn Loyalty Points?

You’ll earn Loyalty Points on each purchase you make -- including any Replenish orders, too. There are also opportunities to earn bonus points.

How long do my Loyalty Points last?

Unspent Loyalty Points will remain on your account for 12 months from purchase. Check your Loyalty Points Balance History under your account to monitor when points are due to expire.

How do I redeem Loyalty Points?

When you reach the online checkout, if you have enough Loyalty Points to redeem on your purchase, you’ll be given the option to redeem some or all of your points on your order. 

Use the slider to define how many points you’d like to use. Once you’re happy, you’ll see your payment summary update to show that these will be applied to your order.

What happens if I return a product or if my order is cancelled?

Your Loyalty Points balance will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified of the change with an email update.

How can I track my Loyalty Points balance?

Your latest balance will be displayed in The Club Lounge, which you can access by signing in to We’ll also send you regular email updates so you can keep on top of your balance. 

How do I refer-a-friend?

Sign-in to and head to The Club Lounge. When you arrive, visit the section ‘Loyalty Points’. Here you’ll see an option to ‘Invite Friends’. Click on the link and add your friend’s details to the online form and submit.

Your friend will then receive an email which contains a special offer for their first purchase. If they go on to shop, we’ll send over a voucher for you to use against your next checkout purchase.

Can I return free products or samples I received as part of The Club, or exchange it for cash?

No. Any free products or samples you receive are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

What am I agreeing to when I join The Club?

By becoming a member of The Club, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, and any changes or modifications we may make.

How do I achieve a tier status?

Tier status' are earned through money spent on within a 12 month period.

The tier you have is in is determined by how much you have spent in the last twelve months. When you spend enough you will move over the boundary to the next tier.

For example - in our US store, once you have spent $1500 during the year you will move from our Blue to our Gold tier. And once you have spent over $3000 you will move from our Gold to Black Tier. Tier brackets may differ to allow for currency conversions on your store, check The Club information page on the website you shop on with us for more information

You can move up more than one tier during a twelve month period.

If you spend points during a twelve month period, this will not effect your tier status and you will not alter progress towards moving up a tier or move down a tier.

If after twelve months your tier status is reevaluated, if you have not spent enough to stay within or move up a tier, you will be moved to the appropriate tier based on the past twelve months spend.
