Over a 27 day period we filmed seven remarkable people and their skin in detail using a range of cutting-edge film, photography and skin-scanning techniques. Model Louisa Northcote was one of the individuals who took part in this study to capture the effects of our revolutionary cream.
Louisa Northcote is an international model and skin activist: born in Singapore, raised in Dubai, before moving to London to embark on a career in fashion. She has spent her fair share of time in the limelight as she made it to the final of Britain’s Next Top Model, before modelling the latest shoe by Giuseppe Zanotti. But her true passion - to show everyone her world - lives in social media. Her latest #freethepimple campaign pulls back the veneer of millennial beauty standards and fills her peers with renewed positivity and the confidence to embrace their skin.
“I've had amazing results, so I'm so happy. It's definitely helped the inflammation of my acne. It's definitely calmed down my skin, and it's definitely helped with the redness. From the last month, I’ve only had maybe two or three spots, which for me is amazing, because everyday I used to wake up and count every single one of them, and now that I don't have that.” -
Through the Visia Complexion Analysis System, we captured multiple images of the face, examining the complexion for fine lines and wrinkles, spots, pores, texture, bacteria, UV damage, pigmentation and redness. Visia also compares the skin to others of the same age and ethnicity.
