Delivery and Returns

Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in New Jersey.

We strive to process and ship your orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2.00pm (EST) will normally be fulfilled & dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2.00pm (EST) on Friday, will be processed for despatch on the following Monday.

However, during the current pandemic, and during peak promotional periods, please note that our advertised fulfilment timelines may be longer, owing to physical distancing measures in place at our DC partner.

Augustinus Bader offers a choice of three shipping service levels, including FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours 8am-8pm At present, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding Addresses.

Please note that prices displayed are exclusive of all destination import duties, taxes. Please note we only deliver to the US from our United States web store.

Sales Taxes, Products and Shipping - US Only

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - CA, NY (starting 5/26/20), CT, IL, VA (starting 7/3/20), NJ (starting 7/26/20), KS (starting 11/11/20), GA, NC (starting 4/9/21). Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery.

If an order is undelivered because you were not available at the first delivery attempt, FedEx driver will leave a calling card; FedEx will re-attempt delivery again on two further occasions;Following the 3rd and final attempt, FedEx may deliver to your local “FedEx Access” point if nearby, or the parcel will return to shipper. In any case, our Customer Service team will monitor for delivery exceptions and notify the recipient accordingly.

If an item is lost or if it arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.

We ship worldwide to all locations, excluding:
Brasil, Brunei, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, North Sudan, Russia, Syria, India and Thailand. Please note our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Augustinus Bader. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
